Switching on and pairing the Escape Pods (stereo use)

  • Hold the ‘multi-function’ key on both Escape Pods for a period of three seconds
  • Both Escape Pods will now switch on and connect automatically with each other
  • After a short 'beep' the Escape Pods will now search for a Bluetooth device
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your device

Connecting the Escape Pods to your device

  • Once the Escape Pods are paired this will be indicated by flashing red and blue lights in the left (master) Escape Pod and a flashing blue light in the right (secondary) Escape Pod
  • Open the Bluetooth option on your mobile device
  • Select the option ‘Escape Pods’
  • Once the connection has been achieved your Bluetooth status will display as ‘Connected’ and an audio message of ‘Connected’ will be transmitted by the Escape Pods

Switching on and connecting the Escape Pods (single use)

  • Hold the ‘multi-function’ key on one of the earbuds for a period of three seconds
  • This Escape Pod will now switch on
  • After a short 'beep' the switched on Escape Pod will now search for a Bluetooth device
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your device
  • Select the option ‘Escape Pods’
  • Once the connection has been achieved your Bluetooth status will display as ‘Connected’ and an audio message of ‘Connected’ will be transmitted by the Escape Pods

Automatically Reconnect the Escape Pods

  • Ensure that the Bluetooth is activated on the device that you have previously connected the Escape Pods to
  • The device must be within 10 meters of the Escape Pods
  • Press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 3 seconds
  • Both earbuds will automatically connect with each other (you'll hear a 'beep')
  • The Escape Pods will now search for a Bluetooth device which they have previously been connected to
  • The Escape Pods will now automatically connect to your Bluetooth device

Answer Call

  • The phone call function is a mono function and therefore when making a phone call on stereo mode the left (master) Escape Pod is the only activated Escape Pod
  • When a call is incoming, please press the multi-function key to answer the call
  • Press the multi-function key to end the call

Please note – if you experience a slight echo at a high volume then you may have to turn the volume down slightly.

Reject a call

  • When a call is incoming, please press and hold the multi-function key to reject the call
  • Once the call is rejected, press the multi-function key to return to music listening mode

Listening to music

  • Press the multi-function key to play/pause your music
  • Press and hold the multi-function key to return to the previous song
  • Double click the multi-function key to listen to the next song

Resetting the Escape Pods to reconnect both earbuds

  • Make sure that both Escape Pods are turned off by pressing and holding both earbuds for 3 seconds
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Bluetooth' and press next to the name Escape Pods and tap on 'Forget this device'
  • Press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 5 seconds
  • You will hear a rising tone, followed by a searching tone in both earbuds
  • The earbuds are now searching for each other
  • Press the multi-function button on both earbuds twice to reconnect them
  • After a couple of seconds the earbuds will connect with each other (you’ll hear a 'Beep')
  • The Escape Pods will now search for a Bluetooth device
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Bluetooth' and press ‘Escape Pods’ to connect them to your device

Turning off the Escape Pods

  • Place both Escape Pods in the charging case
Or…
  • Press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds.

How to charge the Escape Pods

  • Put the Escape Pods in the charging case
  • The activation of a red light on the front of the charging case indicates that each Escape Pod is being charged
  • Sometimes one of the Escape Pods will take slightly longer to charge then the other
  • When the right lights turn off it means that charging has completed
  • When you place the Escape Pods in the charging case and the lights in the front don't turn on, it means that the charging case battery is empty
  • It takes approximately 50 minutes to fully charge the charging case.

Please Note: If you are having any trouble charging the Escape Pods it is likely because the ear caps are interfering with the connection. To rectify this remove the ear caps and place the Escape Pods back in the charging case.

How to charge the charging case

  • Charge the charging case by connecting the USB cable provided into the slot on the rear of the case
  • When the red light on the back of the case is turned off it means that the charging case is fully charged.
